1. Shipping Cost: Clear & Simple

We believe in honest pricing with zero hidden fees.

  • 100% Free Shipping: If you live in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, shipping is completely on the house!
  • Flat Rate Everywhere Else: Are you shopping from another country? The flat $15 fee per item makes things easy. This is made clear at checkout before you pay.

2. Dates: When should you expect your package?

You don't have to wait around and guess. We move quickly to get your stuff on the road:

  • The 5:00 PM Cut-Off: If you order before 5:00 PM, we start working on it the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM move to the next business day.
  • Crafting & Processing: It takes our master team 2–3 business days to inspect, quality-check, and securely pack your jacket.
  • On the Road (Transit): Once shipped, it spends 3–5 business days in transit.
  • The Grand Arrival: All in all, your package will land on your doorstep within 5–8 business days.
  • Note: Our team works hard Monday through Friday. We take a breather on Saturday Sundays and public holidays.

3. Heavy-Hitter Shipping Partners & Live Tracking

We only trust the best names in the business to deliver your package safely. We ship using premium, secure global couriers: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

  • Track It Live: Within 24 hours of your jacket leaving our facility, we will email you a tracking number. You can watch your package move across the map in real-time.

4. Your Part: Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information when you check out so that your jacket doesn't get lost or sent to the wrong address. You will have to pay the extra shipping fee to have us send the package again if it gets sent back to us because of a wrong address or missed deliveries.

5. Customs Fees & Import Duties

If you are ordering from outside our primary shipping zones, your local government might charge a customs duty, import tax, or local handling fee. These rules change from country to country, so these fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

6. Hiccups, Delays, & Lost Items

Even though we try our best, sometimes bad weather, holiday rushes, or customs checks can cause deliveries to be late. Don't worry if your package takes longer than expected to come, gets damaged, or disappears completely. Right away, send a message to our support team. Return and Refund Policy

Let's be honest: occasionally, a jacket doesn't fit the mood or has an unanticipated defect. Oh no! But don't worry about it. Our goal at The American Hawk is to put things right quickly. This is a straightforward explanation of how our return procedure operates.

1. The Golden Rules of Returns

  • Wow, 30 Days! First things first, you have a solid 30-day window from the exact day your package lands at your door to ask for a return.
  • What’s Eligible? We happily accept returns if your item shows up damaged, has a factory defect, or is completely the wrong order. However, the jacket must be totally unworn, unused, and tucked safely inside its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Quick tip: Our team might ask you to send over a quick photo or video of the issue so we can inspect it and check it off for approval.

2. What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Custom Pieces: Since custom-made jackets are tailored specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. But wait! If your custom piece happens to arrive damaged or defective, we will absolutely make it right.
  • Worn Gear: We can't take back a jacket that has been worn out, doesn't have its tags, or shows other signs of wear.

4. Change of Heart? (Our Cancellation Policy)

We process orders quickly, so if you need to pull the brakes, you have to act fast:

  • First 24 Hours: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full 100% refund.
  • After 24 Hours: If you return your product within 2–3 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Returns requested after 3 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Once It Ships: If the package has already left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or changed.

5. Cash Back or Swaps? (Refunds & Replacements)

  • Fast Refunds: After we receive and approve your returned jacket, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will head straight back to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the situation.
  • Fresh Replacements: On the other hand, if you’d rather trade it for a fresh jacket instead of getting your money back, just let us know! We will get your replacement processed the moment your return gets the green light.
  • Sizing Issues: If the jacket just doesn’t fit right, you can absolutely request a swap or a refund, provided the item is still in brand-new condition.

6. Who Covers the Shipping Bill?

  • If it’s our fault: If you are sending an item back because of damage, a defect, or a mistake on our end, yikes! That’s on us. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • If it’s a preference shift: However, if you are returning an item for a size exchange or a personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, you may need to cover the local delivery charges to have the new size shipped back out to you.

7. Where We Operate

Please note that due to strict international shipping rules and courier limits, we currently cannot accept orders from certain regions. Aha! If you are browsing from one of these restricted zones, our website won’t allow checkout.

Return Locations

We accept returns through our return facilities in Pakistan, the USA, the UK, and the Netherlands. Customers must return their order to the same country from which the parcel was originally shipped. Our support team will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions before the item is sent back.

Customer Returns, Exchanges & Return Shipping

If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment from their country.

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it. If the item complies with our return policy and is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging (where applicable), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a customer wishes to exchange the received item for a different product, any price difference, additional shipping charges, customs duties (if applicable), or other related costs will be the customer's responsibility. The final exchange cost will depend on the product selected.
