- Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Transit: After shipment, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: Orders generally arrive within 8–10 business days from the start of processing.
- Business Days: Our processing schedule runs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.- Eligible Returns: Returns may be requested for eligible items due to sizing issues, personal preference, damaged items, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received.
- Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.
- Inspection: We may request photos or videos of the item to review the condition or reported issue before approving a return.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized jackets are generally non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for the customer.
- If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required tags may not be accepted.

- Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours may receive a full refund, provided the order has not already been shipped.
- After 24 Hours: If an order has not yet been shipped, a 20% restocking fee may apply to an approved cancellation.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible returns may be requested according to this Return & Refund Policy.

- Refunds: Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will generally be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Where appropriate, another payment method may be arranged with the customer.
- Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item within the 30-day return period.
- Sizing: If the jacket does not fit correctly, an exchange or refund may be requested provided the item meets the return conditions.
