  • Other Eligible Destinations: A flat shipping fee of $15 per order applies to other eligible destinations. The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Cut-Off: Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed from the next business day.
  • Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days.
  • Transit: After shipment, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Orders generally arrive within 8–10 business days from the start of processing.
  • Business Days: Our processing schedule runs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We use established shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, depending on the destination and order.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

4. Address Accuracy

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery, or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

5. Customs Fees & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees depending on the destination country.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Delays, Damaged, or Lost Packages

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of severe weather, public holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team with your order details. We will assist with the appropriate carrier investigation or claim process and provide the next available resolution based on the circumstances.

1. Return Window & Eligibility


  • 30-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Eligible Returns: Returns may be requested for eligible items due to sizing issues, personal preference, damaged items, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.
  • Inspection: We may request photos or videos of the item to review the condition or reported issue before approving a return.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized jackets are generally non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for the customer.
  • If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required tags may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Please provide your order number and explain the reason for the return. Photos or videos may be requested when necessary.

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions and the appropriate return address from our support team.

4. Order Cancellation

Because orders are processed promptly, cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours may receive a full refund, provided the order has not already been shipped.
  • After 24 Hours: If an order has not yet been shipped, a 20% restocking fee may apply to an approved cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible returns may be requested according to this Return & Refund Policy.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will generally be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Where appropriate, another payment method may be arranged with the customer.
  • Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for an eligible item within the 30-day return period.
  • Sizing: If the jacket does not fit correctly, an exchange or refund may be requested provided the item meets the return conditions.
  • Any difference in product price, additional shipping charges, customs duties, or other applicable costs related to an exchange may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error on our part, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.
  • Size or Personal Preference Returns: If you are returning an item because of sizing, personal preference, or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For exchanges, additional shipping or delivery charges may apply depending on the destination and product selected.

7. Return Locations

We accept returns through return facilities in Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

Customers should return the order to the appropriate return facility based on the original shipment and instructions provided by our support team.

Our support team will provide the return address and instructions before the item is sent back.

8. Customer Returns & Exchanges

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment from their country.

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it. If the item meets the return conditions and is in its original, unused condition with required tags and packaging where applicable, the approved refund or exchange will be processed.

For an exchange involving a different product, any applicable price difference, additional shipping charges, customs duties, or other related costs may be the customer's responsibility.
